Довольно хороший мод для опытных пользователей, которые понимают что делают определенные настройки. Крайне не рекомендуется для новичков, для их же пользы. Имеет колоссальное количество настроек, которые позволяют очень четко настроить мула, есть возможность расправляться с личерами (будьте внимательны, так как есть шанс забанить все источники) Пользуюсь им и пока доволен, кто может предложить мод с более лучшими настройками, просьба обращаться незамедлительно.

посмотрел, потестировал, работает, но он совсем пустой и потому правильно раздавать им не получается. он даже у других не определяется как NEO, простой 0,48. кстати заметил, что качать этим NEO-4.50 получается лучше, он источников больше ищет и держится у них в очереди, а версия 4,25 больная для скачивания (лично у меня). для серьёзной работы подождём финала.
